General Questions
We work with small businesses of all types—service providers, contractors, consultants, retail shops, e-commerce sellers, and more. If you need a website, bookkeeping, or both, we can help. No business is too small to benefit from a professional online presence and organized finances.
Yes! Our services are fully remote. We work with clients nationwide. Website projects are delivered digitally, and bookkeeping is handled through cloud-based software like QuickBooks Online, so your location doesn't matter.
Convenience and integration. You get one point of contact, one invoice, and connected systems. For example, we can set up your website contact forms to flow directly into your invoicing. Plus, we understand your whole business—not just one piece of it.
Website Questions
Starter sites are typically delivered in 3-5 business days. Professional sites take 5-7 business days. E-commerce sites take 1-2 weeks. Custom projects are scoped individually, usually 2-4 weeks. We'll give you a specific timeline during our initial conversation.
It helps, but it's not required. If you have photos, logos, and text you'd like to use, great—send them over. If not, we can work with stock images and help you write the content. We'll guide you through exactly what's needed.
Absolutely. Every website we build is fully responsive, meaning it automatically adjusts to look great on phones, tablets, and desktop computers. Mobile-friendly design is standard, not an add-on.
We can help with that too. Whether you need a complete redesign, specific updates, or ongoing maintenance, reach out and we'll discuss what makes sense for your situation.
Yes, 100%. You own your domain, your content, and your site. We build on platforms you control. If you ever decide to part ways, everything is yours to take with you.
Bookkeeping Questions
Perfect—we'll work with your existing setup. We're certified in QuickBooks Online and experienced with Xero and other platforms. If you're not on any system yet, we'll help you get set up.
We don't prepare or file tax returns—that's best handled by a CPA. However, we make tax time dramatically easier by keeping your books organized year-round and preparing a complete year-end package for your accountant. No more shoebox of receipts.
Yes. We offer catch-up bookkeeping to get you current. We'll assess how far behind you are and quote a flat fee to bring everything up to date before starting ongoing service.
We use secure, read-only bank feeds through QuickBooks Online or your accounting platform. We never have direct access to move money. You maintain full control of your accounts at all times.
Bookkeeping is the day-to-day recording and organizing of transactions—what we do. Accounting involves higher-level analysis, tax strategy, and auditing—what a CPA does. Think of us as keeping the scoreboard accurate so your accountant can coach the game.
Pricing & Process
No. Our pricing is transparent and all-inclusive for the scope described. Website prices are one-time fees. Bookkeeping prices are monthly retainers. If your needs fall outside a standard package, we'll quote it clearly upfront.
No. Bookkeeping services are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Website projects are paid per project. We want to keep your business by earning it, not by locking you in.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers. Bookkeeping clients are billed monthly. Website projects require a 50% deposit to begin, with the balance due upon completion.
For websites, if you're not happy with the initial design concept, we'll revise based on your feedback or refund your deposit. For bookkeeping, we'll work with you to address any concerns. Our goal is a long-term partnership, not a quick transaction.
